Emmaus Homecare Services provides coordinated care safely 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. A home assessment will be conducted in order to identify and recognize the needs and preferences of the client. Together with the physician’s orders, care plans will be customized with home care services that are appropriate for each of our client’s unique and individual needs.
